Cleaning School – Job Description Location: Birmingham - B21 9SN Hours: Monday–Friday: 15:30 to 18:30 Total: 3h per day Contract Type: Parttime, Permanen Role Overview An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Cleaning Operative to join our team and provide a high‑quality cleaning service at one of our client sites in Telford. You will work independently on site, supported by a highly experienced facilities team who will ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Your role is essential to delivering a first‑class customer experience and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of general cleaning, including: Mopping Vacuuming Dusting Cleaning of toilets and washroom facilities Use cleaning tools, equipment, and machinery safely and as trained Handle and apply cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH guidelines Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service Ensure all work is completed within the allocated timeframe What We Offer Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Employee engagement activities Company pension About You Essential qualities: Reliable and punctual Able to work independently Good attention to detail Professional and customer‑focused Able to follow health & safety and COSHH procedures Experience in cleaning or facilities is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.
