The Role:

• Location: Roaring Spring, PA 16673
• Assignment duration: Ongoing
• Shift Type: 6A-6P and 6P-6A
• Provider staffing model: 1 Physician 6A-6P and 6P-6A + 1 APP 11-9 daily
• Nursing staffing model: 2 RN around the clock, + triage RN mid-day
• Beds in Department: 9
• ADC: 44
• Nearest Airport: Pittsburgh or Latrobe
• Lodging recommendations: Altoona area
• PA License is required.
• Board Certification: Emergency Medicine board certified required.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 14 days
