• First-time Travelers: Accepted (if experience requirements are met)

Required Certifications & Licensure

• BSN
• Active California RN License ( Temporary License NOT accepted )
• BLS

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a pilot project supporting liver failure patients
• Manage patients entering through:
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Observation (OBS)
  • Inpatient units
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
• Work alongside a Community Health Worker (CHW) to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
