Billing Coordinator

Benefits: Excellent medical benefits, 401K match, up to $300/month MBTA reimbursement Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Fully onsite, with occasional WFH flexibility after training and demonstrated competence) Company Overview: Well-established employment, labor, and litigation law firm in Boston. Responsibilities: Monthly billing for an assigned group of attorneys Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and firm credit card transactions Responding to audit letter requests and running conflict checks Updating billing and financial spreadsheets (Also includes supporting the firm's Managing Director and broader Billing Team as needed, plus the opportunity to become a notary, fully paid for by the firm.)
