Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to work in the Medical Department at the Cambria County Jail in Ebensburg, PA. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks such as medical records request, administrative reports, Continuity of Care (COC) release, and other medical duties.Openings: Full time evening shiftJob Responsibilities:Maintaining examination and treatment areasVerification of medications and medical informationMaintain medication recordsAnswer telephone and processing callsMaintain filing system and confidentiality of information at all timesProvide full administrative and clerical support to the medical department at the facility to include typing of various reports, letters and memorandumData EntryScanning documents into the computerAssisting with the credentialing process of new hiresMaintain staff logSchedule transportsAssist with billingBenefits: PrimeCare believes in offering a competitive compensation and benefits package to their employees.
