Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a 15-bed ICU dedicated to cardiology patients with conditions such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmias. Role Overview: We are seeking a Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a 15-bed ICU dedicated to cardiology patients with conditions such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmias. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Ensure patient safety and participate in quality and regulatory activities. Develop and document individualized care plans with multidisciplinary team collaboration. Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Qualifications & Skills: RN license required; ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates accepted. Preferred: Critical Care or Cardiac experience. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness. Key Duties: Participate in professional development and team collaboration. Utilize advanced skills for caring for patients with specialized devices and interventions. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team including physicians, pharmacists, and support staff.
