Magic workplace culture that values YOUVery competitive pay and benefitsJob SummaryThe RBT is responsible to implement and adhere to structured behavioral plans, guidelines and interventions for the Residents living in a specialized Intense Behavioral Home. They help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while embracing the values and mission of American Training, Inc., including dignity, respect, and WOW! Magic in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow a designated protocol for health and physician’s orders and Applied Behavioral Analysis based plans and practices.Implement the plan to achieve Resident’s goals and adhere to specific intensive and targeted behavioral plans.Complete daily documentation and report on residential and programmatic progress including multiple data fields on behavioral interventions.Significant data collection and interface with BCBA’s on Behavior Plan efficacyUse appropriate, approved behavioral and physical management techniques to ensure safety of Colleagues and Residents in a variety of settings..RequirementsRBT Certification required.Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with individuals with behavioral and/or clinical challenges.PABC training to be completed by 30 days of hire.First Aid/CPR required.MAP training and course completion within 3 months of hire.Ability to work 3-11 and overnight shifts.
