Senior Financial Business Partner
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Senior Financial Business Partner in St. Louis to drive financial strategy and operational performance. The role combines financial analysis, budgeting, and working capital management with cross-functional collaboration to support senior leadership decision-making and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; conduct variance analysis on operational and financial KPIs
- Lead annual budgeting process and develop financial models for cash flow, revenue, and profitability projections
- Support M&A activities including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration
- Design and implement collections processes to optimize cash flow and address accounts receivable aging
- Partner with business segments to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives and identify cost savings opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and accounting software (Oracle, Coupa, ERP systems)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Demonstrated experience establishing or improving collections processes and managing billing cycles
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
