Job Summary


Protouch Staffing is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a temporary-to-hire opportunity in Skokie, IL. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs.
• Assist with assessments and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Adhere to all facility policies and applicable nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience required.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits

• $33.00 per hour.
