EXPERIENCED RECRUITER
Are you the type of recruiter who thrives when things move fast, loves connecting great people with great opportunities, and knows how to keep clients happy? Automation Personnel Services is looking for an  Experienced Recruiter to join our Kennesaw team in a unique role focused on high-volume recruiting and after-hours client support. This is an opportunity to become a key player in a growing top performing branch, helping fill critical openings while building relationships with clients and employees.

Pay Rate
$23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Experienced Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining strong candidate experience.

• Respond to after-hours client staffing requests and urgent hiring needs.

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and candidates.

• Work independently to prioritize openings, coordinate onboarding, and achieve branch staffing goals.

Experienced Recruiter Qualifications  and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Previous staffing industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with proficient computer skills and reliable transportation.
