Hummus Republic is a national Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant franchise. Our brand represents wholesome, flavorful Mediterranean cuisine served in a modern, inviting environment. As we continue to grow our brand, we seek a Brand Graphic designer to own and elevate our brand identity across all touch points. Position Overview The Brand Graphic Designer is a hybrid creative role responsible for communicating the visual brand identity of Hummus Republic. This position combines the skills of graphic designer and the strategic decision making of a Creative Director. The ideal candidate will communicate how our brand is perceived by customers and stakeholders while executing high-quality creative assets that support brand growth and consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the visual aspect of the Hummus Republic brand across all print and digital. Design high-quality assets across digital and physical channels, including paid media, social, in-store signage, menus, packaging, print, OOH, and campaign materials. Act as a creative decision-maker, not just an executor, providing clear direction on layout, typography, color, photography, and overall visual tone. Own and safeguard Hummus Republic’s brand messaging by ensuring visual storytelling, copy alignment, and design decisions consistently reflect the brand’s voice, positioning, and values across all channels. Partner closely with marketing, operations, product, and leadership teams to align creative work with business objectives. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design quality. Support franchisee ongoing design needs and maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and systems to support 50+ locations. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in food, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands. Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and how design impacts brand perception and business outcomes. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills with a modern, editorial design sensibility and a clear understanding of how visual design influences perceived quality, premium brand experience, and brand trust. Proven ability to design across both digital, print mediums and being able to deliver assets in proper file formats and sizes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify creative decisions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced working collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus. Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new graphic design tools and adapt to evolving workflows. Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and balance creative vision with practical constraints. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multi-location or restaurant brands. Familiarity with paid digital advertising creative (Meta, Google, OOH). Understanding of how creative ties to marketing performance, customer acquisition, and retention. Experience working with external agencies, photographers, or freelancers. Passion for food, lifestyle brands, and culturally driven design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
