RN: Admissions & Care Coordination Specialist
DCH Health System
DCH Health System is seeking a Communication Center RN to coordinate patient admissions and transfers to DCH RMC and NMC. You will ensure proper orders and patient status at admission, while collaborating with Nursing Supervisors for bed placement and patient accommodations.
The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate data entry, and effective communication with physicians and staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.
