JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology and Hematology
Licenses: Active CA License
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: ACLS (if moderate sedation required), PALS (for pediatric patients)
Other Qualifications: Completed Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services in the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Center.
Perform hospital consultations and manage patient admissions in collaboration with ER physicians and hospitalists.
Oversee diagnostic workup, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment planning for hematology/oncology patients.
Supervise midlevel provider and support staff in patient flow, orders, and infusion treatments.
Participate in weekend and night call coverage, providing remote consultation and management.
