Post Closing Specialist

New Castle Title is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill an in-person Post-Closing Specialist position. A Post-Closing Specialist will process and disburse files, sending out and scanning loan documents, payoffs, deeds, finalizing e-returns, 1099 maintenance, along with file tracking and balancing. This position will also be responsible for processing daily deposits, along with auditing and maintaining stale dated checks and files with account balances. Applicants must possess a high attention to detail, the ability to multitask, superior phone and customer service skills, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous loan processing, title, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
