We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to guide teams, shape execution, and drive meaningful business outcomes. This candidate must be at least 18 years old. What You Will Do

• Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to teams to help achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve performance, efficiency, and overall business growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Coach, mentor, and empower team members of all ages and backgrounds to support professional growth.        
• Monitor progress of all objectives and use data-informed insights to guide decision-making.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Represent the team with professionalism and help communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Weekend availability, no Sundays
• ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)
• Ability to stay on your feet throughout a shift and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Comfort using common workplace tools and technology.
• Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism.
