Commercial Pipefitting Foreman – Mechanical Construction Location: Phoenix, Arizona Pay: $37–$43 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pipefitting Foreman to lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience installing and supervising mechanical piping systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities Supervise and lead pipefitting crews on commercial mechanical construction projects. Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping isometric drawings. Install and oversee installation of chilled water, heating water, condenser water, process piping, and related mechanical systems. Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies. Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman pipefitters. Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience. Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Pipefitter preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical piping systems and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience coordinating crews on active commercial construction projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
