The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations to ensure exceptional service and efficient management within the restaurant. This role demands leadership in staff supervision, inventory oversight, scheduling, and training to maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Oversee customer service to maintain satisfaction and address issues
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff
• Ensure quality control standards are met consistently
• Resolve conflicts among staff or with customers professionally

 

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in restaurant management
