Job Duties

Help

Expose intra-oral and extra-oral digital dental radiographs in accordance with accepted radiation safety standards.

Perform chairside dental assistant duties.

Assist dentist in providing patient treatment.

Chart and record in the dental health record, examination, and treatment information as relayed by the dentist.

Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and re-circulate dental instruments.

Properly store and maintain adequate dental treatment room supply levels.

Prepare materials for making initial impressions and restoring defective teeth.
