Job Summary

Summary : Report to Frictionless Markets Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. May also perform general food service work. 

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understand menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Supervises multiple frictionless market stands. 
• Responsible for reporting employee concerns to management.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year leadership experience, promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale, has exceptional attention to detail and is committed to always providing a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; greeting, directing, and responding to guests’ questions and needs; understanding menu offerings, presentation, and pricing; managing the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours; ensuring proper product control and handling inventory and equipment, following cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines; following responsible alcohol service policies; ability to lift up to 20lbs; ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours; and most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER with a positive, friendly nice attitude.
