Cath Lab Technician

Location: Marquette, MI

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Variable shift start times at 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, requiring on-call availability.

Job Description: The Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for performing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac imaging department. The role includes involvement in patient care and advanced imaging technology to support cardiovascular health.

Responsibilities:

• Perform angiography, angioplasty, and other cardiac procedures.
• Administer contrast agents and conduct emergency procedures.
• Monitor patient health and assist during complex interventions.
• Utilize advanced imaging tools and techniques for optimal results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols in the Cath Lab.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in general cardiac procedures preferred.
• Training may be provided for specific procedures as needed.
