Manage all modalities of respiratory support, including ventilator care, airway management, nebulized therapies, airway clearance, and oxygen delivery. Perform arterial blood gas collection and analysis; monitor patient response and adjust treatment as needed. Document care and order details in the electronic medical record; participate in rounds and communicate with physicians, nurses, and the care team. Respond to respiratory emergencies and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes; support high‑acuity and high‑risk cases as needed. Educate patients and families on therapies, devices, and discharge plans; ensure safety and infection control standards are followed. Requirements Unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP). NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).At least 2 years of well‑rounded RT experience with a diverse patient population. EPIC experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low‑oxygen, high‑altitude environment (8,000 ft elevation). Benefits Housing: Travelers responsible for securing own housing. Guaranteed hours: none.
