Front Office Specialist
 
Our exceptional and busy, privately owned dental office in beautiful North Huntingdon is looking for a full-time front office specialist. We have served the community for over 15 years and strive to treat our patients like family.

You would be:

The smiling face that patients look forward to seeing
The person who ensures a smooth and efficient visit
Instrumental at building relationships and rapport with patients and team

Responsibilities:
· Welcome patients
· Answer phones/return calls
· Set patient appointments
· Create and maintain efficient schedules
· Coordinate with other team members to ensure an enjoyable and efficient experience for the patient
· Update patient contact information
· Verify insurances
· Process claims
· Submit authorizations for insurance approval

Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with patients and team members
· Effectively prioritize and multitask
· Ability to learn dental software
· Proficient using phone systems, computers
· Front office experience preferred, but not necessary
· Previous experience in a dental office preferred, but not necessary
