Our Community Our Kids in Texas is seeking a PAL Specialist to support youth transitioning from Foster Care to adulthood. You will assess needs, plan permanency, coordinate with public and private agencies, and provide crisis interventions when needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, at least two years in child and family services, ability to travel with a valid driver’s license, and confidentiality with youth records; some weekend/evening events and region travel may be #J-18808-Ljbffr Our Community Our Kids
