Entry Level Analyst

Assist with daily fund accounting and NAV-related activities. Review and verify investment and accounting data for accuracy. Support processing of transactions, cash activity, expenses, corporate actions, and capital activity. Assist with derivative valuation inquiries and related research. Identify discrepancies or breaks and work with senior team members to investigate and resolve them. Monitor daily activity and follow up on outstanding items. Help ensure daily accounting deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Maintain daily production and tracking reports. Communicate with internal teams to help resolve accounting and operational questions. Escalate issues when appropriate. Assist with management reporting and other team deliverables. Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives. Manage multiple daily responsibilities while meeting established deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous internship or exposure to accounting, finance, banking, investments, or financial services is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with numbers and financial data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Willingness to work U.S. holidays and occasional overtime as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
