About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. This position demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for creating seamless and memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation, catering, and equipment rentals.
• Prepare and distribute event materials including agendas, invitations, and promotional items.
• Support on-site event setup, management, and breakdown activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
