About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Brand and External Communications. This strategic leader will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the company's brand across all external touchpoints. The role involves leading the brand strategy and external communications team, with a focus on strengthening market reputation, elevating visibility, and telling compelling stories that differentiate the firm. The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership, practice leaders, talent, and marketing to ensure a consistent brand expression through thought leadership, media engagement, digital channels, social media, and corporate storytelling. Key responsibilities include overseeing the digital marketing strategy, leading brand integration for acquisitions, and measuring brand health using data-driven insights. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in brand strategy, communications, public relations, or corporate affairs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and evolving corporate brands, deep expertise in executive communications, and a strong understanding of how AI is transforming brand building and communications. Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities are essential, as is the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communications. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to connect communications initiatives to business objectives, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization.
