If you are passionate about helping to meet individual and business needs through providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships, then please submit your resume today!Responsibilities:Build and maintain customer relationships through networking and prospecting through various channels, including social, realtor, builder association, and community eventsInterface with realtors, loan processors, underwriters, and other employee staff to ensure an excellent transaction process for customersMaintain an active loan pipelineEnsure all phases of loan processes are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelinesPrepare and be able to interpret loan portfolio-related reports to Management and the Board of DirectorsCollect applications for loans and review application data to ensure it is complete, meets established standards, and collect necessary financial information for the credit requestDiscuss loan options with applicantsEvaluate credit data to determine an applicant's creditworthiness, which includes analyzing financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant informationCross-sell products and services offered by the bankWork within a team environment and serve as a mentor to other employeesSupervise loan-related staff and provide direction and guidance for building the loan portfolioLead loan committee discussions and meetings to provide an update on loan portfolio growth, past dues, risk, audit updates, and other loan-related topicsAll other duties as directed by ManagementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree preferred10+ years of lending experience at a financial institutionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLoan portfolio management skillsCritical and analytical thinking skillsMust understand financial ratios used to assess an applicant's creditworthinessMust maintain or be able to obtain a current registration with National Mortgage Licensing SystemKnowledge and technical skills of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel softwareWork Hours/Days: 40 hours per weekWage or Salary: Compensation will be based on education, experience, and qualifications.Location: 202 S.
