Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time eDiscovery Project Manager will oversee project coordination and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication of deliverables. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through routine verification and communication Required qualifications At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully Strong oral and written communication skills that convey confident leadership Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements Demonstrated capability in project planning, client relationship management, and timely financial reviews
