Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: Walterboro, SC
Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a manufacturing facility in Walterboro, SC.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to key and online accounts.
• Coordinate the entry and accuracy of sales orders.
• Ensure information entered into the E1 system is accurate, including pricing, SKU numbers, and delivery dates.
• Manage online orders, shipping confirmations, and invoicing processes.
• Notify the entering entity of promise dates by delivering order confirmations to the consignee.
• Prepare debit and credit documents as required by order demand.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders and product questions.
• Provide effective, efficient, and positive customer service through problem-solving.
• Take ownership of customer issues and know when to escalate concerns to the department manager.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitask environment.
