Charge Nurse (S)

This position provides professional nursing care and treatment to patients in accordance with established medical protocols, serving in a supervisory capacity. The Charge RN is responsible for managing and coordinating daily nursing operations on an assigned shift or area, including oversight of licensed and non-licensed staff. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient needs assessments, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering direct patient care, including sick call assessments, medication administration, phlebotomy, transcribing provider orders, and monitoring/treating communicable diseases.
• Providing patient education and ensuring thorough, accurate medical documentation.
• Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies and critical situations with limited clinical supervision.
• Leading and supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with institutional protocols and quality standards.

This role requires flexibility to work any shift—including weekends and holidays—based on the needs of the institution.

Salary Range: $62,044 - $102,371

ELIGIBLE FOR A $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS. Additionally, positions are eligible for employee referral bonus program ($1,000).

To be eligible for a sign-on bonus, the candidate must not have worked as a probationary, permanent, or time-limited employee in the last 12 months as an employee subject to the State Human Resources Act.
