Senior Project Manager needed for our client, a global showjumping competition backed by McCourt Global for digital products and sporting operations leads) to build and scale elite sports tech, team logistics, and international events from scratch. Senior Project Manager to lead strategic execution across our digital ecosystem . You'll own delivery across mobile, web, OTT, and live-event platforms while establishing the governance structures and execution standards that will carry the league forward. Key Responsibilities will include: Digital & Product Delivery: Manage mobile, web, OTT, and fan platform builds using Agile and sprint planning methodologies. Event & Sporting Operations: Oversee compliance (FEI standards), global venue calendars, and stakeholder coordination across international events. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align distributed teams across technology, commercial milestones, and stakeholder relations under strict launch timelines. Lead execution of concurrent digital product initiatives tied to league milestones and revenue priorities Oversee delivery across mobile, web, OTT, and fan-facing platforms, including sprint planning, QA/UAT, and release readiness Manage executive stakeholder communication and organizational reporting across product, engineering, design, content, and commercial teams Build scalable project management frameworks and operational processes that improve cross-functional alignment Oversee resource planning, vendor management, and delivery accountability across internal and external partners Required Skills and Experience: 7+ years in digital product project management within sports, media, entertainment, or technology Proven delivery of complex mobile, web, and OTT initiatives under real deadlines Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools including Jira, Notion, Linear, Asana, and Confluence Experience supporting live-event digital operations and consumer-facing platforms PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred Methodologies: Strong command of Agile/Scrum frameworks; PMP or Scrum certifications are heavily preferred.
