Maintenance Specialist

Position Summary Maintenance Specialist at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Adult Services, located in Berwyn PA. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated maintenance team to identify and implement solutions for maintenance and safety across the facility. Responsibilities Collaborate with maintenance professionals to identify solutions for maintenance and safety. Perform repair and maintenance tasks related to plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and facility standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules. Qualifications Trade or high school diploma or GED required. Minimum three (3) years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical field. May require rating of journeyman or appropriate licensure to operate locally. Valid driver’s license and 21 years of age or older. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Benefits Pay up to $24 per hour. Positive, team‑oriented environment.
