Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional to provide evidence‑based assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to diverse patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will conduct individual, group, and family therapy; coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team; and maintain thorough, timely documentation in the EHR. You’ll leverage data‑informed, outcomes‑focused practices, contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives, and educate patients and families on coping strategies and resources.
