Cuban American Beach Café – Anna Maria Island, FL

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and reliable Chef to join our growing restaurant team in Anna Maria Island, Florida.

Our restaurant offers a fresh coastal dining experience featuring Cuban-American cuisine, fresh seafood, steaks, sandwiches, and classic Cuban dishes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes with consistency, quality, and excellent presentation.
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff.
Monitor food inventory, portions, and waste.
Ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
Work closely with management to maintain our restaurant’s standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef, Head Cook, or Kitchen Lead.
Strong knowledge of Cuban, American, and seafood cuisine preferred.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
