Insurance Operations & Data Specialist
NBT Bancorp Inc.
NBT Bank is seeking a detail-oriented agency support specialist to maintain client files, validate data in the agency management system, and provide first-level internal helpdesk support to agency personnel. You will conduct research, process documents, and ensure data accuracy while meeting performance metrics. Travel may be required.
