The primary focus for Moss’ Safety Technician II position is to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team in the development implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Moss Solar’s EHS programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements within an assigned project.**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform other duties as assigned by managementDemonstrated ability to evaluate environmental health and safety related risks Knowledge of record-keeping principles and practices Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team with attention to detail and organizational abilities **EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE** Associates or BS in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred) or 1 year of experience in a safety related field Must have knowledge of OSHA/industrial safety compliance and DOT/DOL/EPA regulation and as they relate to the power generation industry Professional Certification/License (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire):CHST/OHST, ASP, CSPAbility to interact and communicate effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures Effective organization and planning skills Demonstrated ability to use standard office software programs, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc.Show grit, reliability, and attention to detail in daily tasks **JOB LOCATION:**FLORIDA, TEXAS, COLORADO – MULTI-STATE REQUIRES 100% TRAVEL **REPORTS TO:**SOLAR SAFETY MANAGER #J-18808-Ljbffr Moss Construction Management
