Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services is sought for a position located in Elk Grove, California. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services within a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and be available to work dayshift hours.

- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, minimum of 2 years of experience in SNF settings, and ability to work dayshift hours
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations in skilled nursing environments
- Additional Information: Position runs from September 28, 2026, through December 26, 2026, and may support a traveling pair of therapists.
