Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

Insight Global's client is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a dynamic plant operation. This role partners closely with leadership and employees to drive key HR programs across the facility. This is a hands-on role focused on employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience
• Experience supporting a plant, manufacturing, or hourly workforce environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO
• Proven experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations

Responsibilities:

• Support full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
• Partner with plant leadership on employee relations and investigations
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Manage leave administration including FMLA, ADA, and USERRA
• Maintain HRIS data including job changes, compensation, and employee records
• Support attendance tracking and hourly workforce policies
• Assist with safety programs and workers compensation processes
• Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives
