Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare operating rooms and sterilize instruments for surgical procedures.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons and team members during surgeries, ensuring instruments and supplies are ready.
  
  
• 
  Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document surgical procedures and equipment usage accurately.
  
  
• 
  Support team members with patient positioning and instrument counting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate flexibility by floating to different operating rooms as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid CST credential and BLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years hospital-based surgical technologist experience.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedics, neuro, and robotics.
  
  
• 
  Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations.
  
  
• 
  Professional, friendly, and self-motivated personality.
