Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Identifying and treating immediate, chronic, or episodic health issues, collaborating with physicians or acting independently as per your qualifications
• Providing educational guidance to patients and their families focused on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your area of expertise

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program

Certifications Required

• A valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or availability to acquire within 90 days)
