Experienced Glazier / Glass Installer Glass Doctor – Summerville / Charleston If you’re a skilled glazier who takes pride in your work and actually shows up ready to perform, keep reading. What This Job Really Is Installing residential and commercial glass Working independently in the field Representing our company directly with customers Managing your schedule and staying in communication throughout the day This is not a “punch the clock and disappear” job. This is a professional role that requires accountability. What We Expect Show up on time, every day Stay in communication with the office throughout the day Follow the schedule and adapt when needed Take pride in clean, accurate installs Be aware of your next job — don’t wait to be told Treat customers professionally at all times If you go off schedule without communication, this is not the right place for you. If you don’t check your phone or respond to dispatch, this will not work. What You’ll Do Install flat glass, insulated units, mirrors, and showers Measure and cut glass accurately Complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time Identify additional opportunities while on-site Communicate clearly with customers and the office What You Need 1+ year of glass installation experience (more is better) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently Comfortable using mobile technology (ServiceTitan, dispatch software, etc.) Strong attention to detail This Job Is NOT For You If You need to be told what to do all day You disappear or don’t respond during work hours You think “close enough” is good enough You are unreliable or inconsistent What We Offer Consistent work — no guessing about hours Company vehicle and tools Competitive pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience A structured system that supports you A team that expects you to perform — and respects you when you do Final Word We are building a professional operation — not just filling positions.
