Systems Administrator - Level 03 - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH with Security Clearance

Qualifications United States citizenship Active TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph Level 03: fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes (substitutes for the degree) Experience with Linux, Windows, UNIX, RHEL, Kali, Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Mandriva Desired Skills AWS proficiency Linux certifications Responsibilities Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes. Provide day‑to‑day operational support, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Deliver Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers. Support the dispatch system and hardware problems throughout the resolution process. Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components, implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Support installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches for enterprise systems. Pay $175,000 - $200,000 per year (general guideline).
