Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Opportunity - North FL

Locum Emergency Physician needed to start ASAP ongoing for FSEDs near Gainesville, FL

Start Date: ASAP, emergency privs available. Ongoing for up to 1 year.

Requirements:

• Current FL license, DEA.
• FM/IM with 3 years of experience.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 8 shifts/ mo
• Provider will work at several FSEDs.
• Proficiency in all emergency care procedures is required (Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic Stabilization, etc.)

Facility Information:

· 28-30 beds, depending on location.

· Shift time: 12 hours, AM and PM shifts available (some 8 hour shifts, depending on location).

· APP support based on location and shift .

· Common cases: Vertical 3 patients and Level 4/5 patients.

Privs: Emergency privs with clean file (approximately 45 days) . S tandard privs approximately 90 days.

Travel/Lodging: Hotel and mileage reimbursement. Flights and rental car on case-by-case basis.

· $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
