Summary Cypress Bank & Trust is a Florida‑chartered boutique corporate fiduciary that transitioned to a bank and trust company in August 2021. We operate four full‑service offices throughout Florida along with trust offices in Winter Haven and Naples. We offer a complete array of personal and commercial banking services intended to meet all of our client’s holistic, financial needs, including trust and investment advisory services. Responsibilities The Investment Officer/Portfolio Manager collaborates with the Administrative Officer and support personnel to deliver a client‑centered, team‑approach. Key responsibilities include: Assume lead, joint or secondary role within the relationship team to fulfill the corporate philosophy of providing high‑touch team service to clients. Manage client asset portfolios, including development, monitoring and maintenance of investor profiles, asset allocation and investment portfolios, trading documentation, and client files. Participate in providing superior client service through periodic client meetings, communications, responsiveness, and accuracy of information supplied to the client including performance reviews, confirmation of objectives, and documentation of any changes to their investment objectives. Initiate and participate in business development activities, including meeting with current and prospective clients to present proposals and deliver the investment offering. Attend company‑sponsored events and act as a company representative at other outside events. Actively serve as a voting member of the Investment Committee. Research and analyze economic, market, industry and company trends. Comply with Company policies and procedures as well as SEC and State of Florida rules and regulations, and maintain a general understanding of the various fiduciary account characteristics. Participate in various committees as assigned and perform other related duties as assigned by management. Fulfill responsibilities under the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti‑Money Laundering regulations, including identifying customers properly, initiating CTRs and SARs investigations as needed, utilizing OFAC records, and maintaining appropriate records. Must‑Haves College degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing fields. Series 65 license required (can be obtained after employment). Computer skills required: Trust and Custodian Accounting Software. Would Be Great to Have Financially strong and growing company background.
