SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC MANAGER:
This is a full-time job, working in the office. You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . There are no late nights or on-call surprises-just a steady, reliable schedule.
YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC MANAGER:
Each morning, you will come in and make sure your team of 6 to 8 technicians knows what jobs they have for the day. You will plan out the schedule, handle dispatching, and help your team solve any problems that come up. Using your HVAC and refrigeration knowledge, you will support your team and keep everything running smoothly.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 15+ years of HVAC experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
