Who we are looking for: An Executive Director, with a strong clinical background in neurorehabilitation (PT/OT/SLP/LCSW). Responsible for the overall performance of the clinical operations. Manage the implementation of Company Policies and Procedures, Strategic Plan, and Quality Assurance Initiatives. Participates in the planning/development of new company program service componentsApproves contracts related admissions and reviews all referrals to ensure financial screening is completed Approves all company programs including contract staff and office arrangementsPerforms all duties inherent in a managerial roleOther duties as assignedQualificationsLicensed clinician with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology) If not currently licensed in state of operation, must be eligible and obtain licensureMinimum of eight years clinical rehabilitation related experience, including three years in a health care agency management position generally requiredExperience in neuro-rehab programsExpert knowledge of community health/home health care supervision, rehabilitation services and governmental regulations; a leader with multi-site responsibility experience preferredAbility to travel locally and out of stateAbout our Line of BusinessRehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
