Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time, Day Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse - Critical Care provides high-quality, individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety and excellence in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities: Conducts the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), delivers patient-centered care respectful of cultural diversity, and partners with patients and families to meet their goals. Ensures safe, quality care through effective documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Promotes evidence-based practice, nursing research, and adherence to organizational policies, contributing to protocols and resource management. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Must possess a diploma from an accredited nursing program; a BSN is preferred. Required certifications include RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with instructor or provisional status acceptable. Demonstrates critical thinking, teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
