Supervising Nurses and CNA's, Medicare charting, orders, chart checks, monitoring documentation, scheduling appointments and monitoring results, doing labs and tracking labs to make sure they are completed, working closely with MD, NP. Rounds on residents and monitoring needs and wellbeing. Reporting to families as needed.
