Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Bilingual Office Assistant – Temp-to-Hire | $24–$26/hr

Legacy Career Solutions is recruiting a Bilingual Office Assistant for a well-established organization in Meridian, Idaho. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and has strong administrative and customer-service skills.

This position provides day-to-day support to staff and members and requires someone who can communicate professionally, maintain accurate records, handle multiple priorities, and provide a welcoming and helpful experience to members and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and members
• Answer and screen telephone calls and emails and route inquiries appropriately
• Greet and assist members, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders
• Provide professional in-person and telephone customer service
• Accept and process member dues payments
• Assist members and contractors with dispatching and updating job-site information
• Perform data entry, data verification, filing, and record maintenance
• Prepare and proofread correspondence and other office documents
• Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Conduct internet research and assist with administrative projects
• Learn and work with organization-specific databases, software, and systems
• Assist or provide direction to other support staff as needed
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or related professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to proofread documents and prepare professional correspondence
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions professionally
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Database experience and advanced Excel skills are a plus

Compensation

$24.00–$26.00 per hour , depending on experience.

This position will begin as a temporary assignment through Legacy Career Solutions with the opportunity to convert to direct employment based on performance and organizational needs.
