Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certification/eligibility based on education and specialty
• Certifications: BLS or ACLS upon hire in an acute care hospital; Valid DEA in applicable state
• Licensure: Valid license to practice in Montana; MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine; Residency trained in Hematology
